Cristal Room, Panama Hotel, Panama, April 9th, 2015 The representatives of the civil societies and social actors from Ecuador, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Panama, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Cuba and Chile gathered in the Table of Civil Involvement of Civil Society and Social Actors, in the presence of the facilitators designated by the Organizing Committee Maribel Jae from Panamá and Jorge Arguindegui from Argentina, issued this declaration following a debate carried out with harmony:

-    To denounce the non-accreditation of a number of representatives of the civil society in Latin American who applied to take part in the forum and were accepted.

-    To condemn the involvement of the Organizing Committee in the facilitation to take part in the meeting if meeting of non-legitimate, historic enemies of the people’s causes that intend to present themselves as representatives of a civil society that rejects them and who abandoned the official space of the table and did not wait until the accreditation of all the representatives of the civil society that have applied was completed. They do not represent any of our peoples.

-      To demand the accreditation of the social actors and members of the civil society who have not been accredited yet, as well as denounce the offense of putting together a parallel forum.

-    To declare that the Table of Citizen Involvement in the Forum of Civil Society and Social Actors was not set up in the official space, in the presence of the facilitators of the event designated by the organizers.

-    To reject any attempt of aggression against the comrades of the delegation of Ecuador by César Ricaurte, from Funda Medios, an NGO funded by USAID, that promoted the Coup d’état in Ecuador.

-    To demand that the organizers of the event declare the parallel table has been attempted to put together to neglect the true representation of the civil society and social actors of our America.

-    To proclaim our firm determination to build a united, independent and sovereign America with mechanism of integration as powerful as CELAC.

-    To thank the co-facilitators designated by the Organizing Committee for their company in the Room.
